A promotional email that was sent out prior to the event inviting clients to attend the Quality Associates event. Email recipients registered were taken to landing page form. An excel macro was developed allowing Quality Associates to send who has registered and their contact info for other pre and post event marketing.

The corporate booth was redesigned to a more contemporary look and feel. Co-branding was required both Quality Associates' subsidiary and vendor partners.
